• Account and plan details when you use the VelociTrade app.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address, and similar usage data.

Information from partners: if you join through a partner community such as SoraPro, we may receive confirmation of your membership and a member code so we can apply your benefits.

• Provide, operate and improve the Services.
• Manage the waitlist and send launch, product and account emails.
• Answer support questions, including with an AI assistant that our team can review and take over.
• Verify eligibility for member pricing and codes.
• Keep the Services secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Meet legal obligations.

We do not hold your funds. If you connect an exchange in the VelociTrade app, we use the permissions you grant only to run the strategies and settings you choose. We will never ask for your password, 2FA codes or wallet keys.

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers that host our systems, send email, process payments or provide AI and analytics, under obligations to protect it.
• Partner communities, limited to what is needed to confirm membership benefits.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can still receive essential account or service messages after unsubscribing from marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
