Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Services are not offered in jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

VelociTrade is a software tool that helps you automate and manage trades on third-party crypto exchanges using strategies and risk settings you choose. VelociTrade is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian or investment adviser.

We do not hold your funds. Your capital stays in the account you hold with your chosen exchange, and you remain responsible for that account and its terms.

Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Signals, analytics, sample figures and educational content are for information only. You make your own decisions and should consider seeking independent professional advice.

Trading crypto assets, especially with leverage, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Prices can move quickly, and you may lose some or all of your capital.

• Past or sample performance does not guarantee future results.
• Automated strategies can make losing trades, or no trades, depending on market conditions.
• Exchange outages, connectivity issues, liquidity and slippage can affect results.

Velocitrade does not guarantee any profit or return.

You are responsible for keeping your login details, two-factor codes and exchange API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. We will never ask for your password, 2FA codes or wallet keys. Tell us promptly through the chat on our site if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans, prices, trade limits and minimum starting capital are described on our site and at checkout, and may change with notice. Payments are processed in the VelociTrade app by our payment providers; no payments are taken on velocitrade.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you choose unless you cancel before renewal. Discount and member codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiry and one-time-use rules, have no cash value, and may be revoked if misused.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a launch date, or specific pricing. We may contact you about launch and product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful activity, market manipulation or fraud;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell or interfere with the Services;
• use bots or scripts to abuse the waitlist, codes or support chat.

The Services connect to exchanges and other third-party services we do not control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions or losses they cause.

The Services, including software, design, logos and content, are owned by Velocitrade, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own personal trading while you comply with these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocitrade, LLC and its members, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velocitrade, LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Velocitrade, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there unless applicable law requires otherwise.
